Ciuffo Cabinetry is a custom woodworking firm specializing in kitchens and all other residential millwork design, manufacture, and installation.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Purchaser/Inventory Manager who will work closely with the Office Manager and Executive team to perform a variety of purchasing responsibilities, oversee and manage our Inventory, and provide administrative support.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or relevant work experience required.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing purchasing department - warehouse setting preferred.
Strong verbal, written, and mathematical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
Must be highly organized and possess excellent multi-tasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through a must.
Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Experience with industry standard purchasing software programs.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Work under direct supervision of the Executive Team and Office Manager.
Communicate regularly with office/production team, vendors/suppliers, and Executive Team - manage all purchasing requisitions and transactions.
Procure delivery, pricing, availability, etc.
information from vendors/suppliers.
Evaluate suppliers, compare alternatives, and make suggestions for best purchasing options.
Complete, issue and log Purchase Orders daily.
Utilize Crows Nest software program for all purchasing transactions, inventory updates, and other administrative tasks (you will be trained).
Maintain good rapport with company vendors/suppliers and clientele.
Track requisitions, contracts, and orders.
Monitor status of shipped items, alert proper contacts upon receipt of items.
Handle purchasing issues, such as defective goods or late deliveries.
Manage and evaluate contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers - ensure vendors/suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of contracts and determine the need for changes.
Manage and update Inventory records on Crows Nest daily.
Determine when restock orders must be placed based on Inventory levels.
Assist the Office Manager with various miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
Please note:
This is a full-time position with mandatory overtime as needed which includes Saturdays as required.
Pay dependent on skill level/experience.
