Our 90 seat restaurant will be open shortly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service - Use sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue - Operate the Aloha POS system to input orders and process payments - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate order delivery
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
